Across our mixed age-group classrooms, teaching is led by experienced qualified Montessori teachers to ensure expert delivery of our authentic Montessori curriculum. We generally hire for qualifications, experience and Montessori expertise, reflecting our commitment to the highest standards in early years education.
Headteacher
Carl brings a wealth of experience in early years education and a strong passion for Montessori philosophy. He has worked across a range of settings, from larger chain nursery schools to smaller independent provisions. Carl is known for his attention to detail and deep commitment to educational excellence, particularly in ensuring children are exceptionally well-prepared for school.

Passionate about creating child-centred, holistic learning environments.
All team members are Paediatric First Aid qualified and have undergone enhanced DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) checks. We maintain a staff-to-child ratio of 1:5 — above statutory requirements — ensuring every child receives the individual attention they deserve. Our team receives ongoing training throughout the year, including termly inset days focused on Montessori practice and child development, and annual Safeguarding training.
Our afternoon enrichment programme is delivered by specialist teachers who bring additional expertise in music, movement, and creative activities. This ensures every child has access to high-quality experiences beyond the core Montessori curriculum.
